38th Annual Meeting Registration

The registration for the 38th Annual Meeting of the AD&D is now open!

Be sure to REGISTER EARLY to take advantage of the discounted rates. The Early Registration discount is available until February 28, 2025.


The registration rates for the Annual Meeting are as follows: 

MEMBER RATES:
Early Registration (until 2/28/2025): $545.00
Standard Registration (3/1/2025 - 4/5/2025): $575.00
Late & Onsite Registration (after 4/6/2025): $625.00

JOIN NOW & SAVE RATE: $705.00
Available to first-time members only and includes one individual membership for the 2025 year. 

NON-MEMBER RATES:
Early Registration (until 2/28/2025): $625.00
Standard Registration (3/1/2025 - 4/5/2025): $675.00
Late & Onsite Registration (after 4/6/2025): $725.00

Please note cancellations are allowed until Wednesday, March 19, 2025. A 25% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. Registrations may be transferred.
