Since the organization was founded, AD&D has offered its Annual Meeting to provide a forum for Deans, Directors, and other higher educational professionals from undergraduate studies and university college programs to network and dialogue on topics impacting student success.
Each year, participants from across the country come together for a “boutique” conference experience to receive timely information, get their questions answered, and to make impactful connections. This meeting is a must attend!
This year's conference theme is "Responsive. Relevant. Resilient: Navigating Change in the Undergraduate Landscape". The conference is designed to equip attendees with strategies to lead their institutions effectively amid the dynamic changes in higher education. With technological advancements, demographic shifts, and evolving student expectations continuously reshaping our landscape, we aim to emphasize strategies for building resilience, articulating relevancy, and maintaining agility.
